Deborah Stepanek Sales Associate
Dealing with customers I want them to be as educated as possible about the home, inspections, and the process so that they feel confident in their decisions. I want to conduct my business with honesty and integrity to the best of my ability. If I am no longer providing the best I have to offer, I will leave the business. My philosophy is, ‘Everyone Deserves a Place to Call Home.’
High school graduate
I grew up in Illinois and moved to Texas at the age of 13 with my four siblings and hard working, disciplined, and responsible mother. She instilled her work ethic and values in me. I raised two children and although some moments may have been harder than others, giving up was never an option. My grandfather and my uncles were carpenters and home builders. My brother-in-law is a builder/developer and owns his own business as a large scale home builder. Therefore, it is only natural that I would follow the path of real estate. I have always gravitated to jobs that were involved with customer service, as I enjoy working with the public and helping others as much as possible. I am a people person and have never met a stranger.
My husband and I have been married for over 20 years and have four children and are now grandparents to five wonderful grand-babies. We settled in the Brazos Valley area over 18 years ago and own a home on 18 acres with cattle, two fur babies (dogs), and a cat!
My previous experience was in management, customer service, sales and marketing. I started my real estate career with Champions School of Real Estate in 2005 and have continued my education to this present day. My love of homes, interior decorating and design lead me in the direction of real estate. I believe I have found my niche in life as a realtor, home stager, and home decorator.
Real estate provides the opportunity to meet new people, allows for flexibility, suits my personality of giving and helping others, and encourages me to develop new skills. I have learned how to become an investor and have taken on the role of general contractor. The ever-changing industry is captivating as well as motivating, it challenges me to push harder and stay focused to do more. With hard work, determination, the ability to listen and understand my clients needs, real estate has fulfilled all my needs and has provided me with a satisfying career.
There is no greater feeling than being safe and secure in your own home and I am happy to be part of helping others reach that satisfaction. Everyone deserves to have a place called home!
