College Station, TX (Grassroots Newswire) August 19, 2019 — CENTURY 21 Beal is pleased to announce Ann Leonard has joined its firm as a sales associate. She will specialize in Residential property sales in the Brazos Valley area.
“We are thrilled to have Ann join our team,” said Susan Hilton of Century 21 Beal. “It’s an exciting time to be with the CENTURY 21 System as we increase our market presence in Brazos Valley.”
Leonard just successfully completed extensive training and licensing through New Agent Training.
Hilton added, “We believe training supports growth and professional excellence in the real estate industry. Performance-based training is necessary to assure that CENTURY 21 associates maintain their competitive edge and offer the best service possible to their clients.”
Ann Leonard is a real estate industry veteran with more than 10 years experience as an agent representing buyers, sellers, investors, and banks in a wide array of real estate transactions. She is highly skilled as a Realtor and exercises her ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients. Her experience and foresight allow her to proactively address details to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. With a consistent commitment to excellence, she has developed her capabilities to a level of professional exceptionalism.
Some of the awards she has received include a Top Producer level reaching production levels as a buyer’s and seller’s agent with an annual high of 70 closed transactions, Top Listing Agent in a region represented by 450 offices and Agent Of The Month award on multiple occasions.
Her passion for real estate and life has grown out of a genteel Southern attitude to be happy, hopeful and helpful in all life experiences. She possesses the knowledge and proficiency to make her client’s transactions a professional and satisfying experience. Ann loves her native Texan heritage and history of European immigrant ancestors that date back to the 1840s in Austin County and pioneers, settling in Lubbock County in the 1890’s. That’s a lot of good Texas stock. There are plenty of wild and wooly stories to go with that history, and Ann loves to compare notes. A strong devotion to God, family, and country are a part of her personal values. She and her husband of 34 years have five children and nine grandchildren, two cats and a dog. As a Texas Master Naturalist, Ann has extensive knowledge about the flora and fauna of Texas and particularly enjoys studying the bird populations in the Brazos Valley area. Life is an exciting and beautiful blessing every day! With a strong sense of competition, Ann loves to follow the Houston Astros baseball and the SEC Texas A&M football seasons. In her spare time, Ann loves to spend time performing as a fiddler in live music events locally, including First Friday Festival in Bryan, Farmer’s Market, and various parties and church activities. Her band, the Carter Creek Pickers, likes to make sure that new residents are welcome, in a customary Texas way, to Aggie Land of Bryan/College Station. She also enjoys gardening, golf and fishing…when they are biting! Ann would love to get to know you better, and if it is real estate that you are interested in, she says, “Let’s talk about it!”
